Easter Brunch Ideas

March 27, 2024 · In: Lifestyle

Make Easter brunch festive with these three dishes that are so easy you don’t need a recipe. Easter morning is hectic enough… the last thing you want to be doing is making a complicated recipe. Keep the morning easy with one or all three of these dishes!

Bunny Pancakes

All you need for the Easter the pancakes is the bunny waffle maker by dash, pancake mix, whip cream and sprinkles. I found these spring colored sprinkles at Michaels. The kiddos love this one!

Deviled Egg Chicks

This one is my favorite! If you’re on the Easter side of Pinterest then you’ve probably seen these. They are so easy to make and so cute! All you do is make deviled eggs, use whole peppercorns for the eyes and cut triangles out of carrots for the beak. I found the above egg holder dish in the Target Bullseye section a few years back but they have some other ones out right now that are also really cute.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry “Carrots”

Brunch isn’t complete without dessert! These chocolate covered strawberry “carrots” will be a hit. I used orange chocolate from Michaels (found here) to dip the strawberries in. Once dry I drizzles more of the chocolate over the berries with a fork. That’s it!

If you’re a guest at brunch any of these dishes would make a great addition. If you’re looking for a hostess gift I recommend buying a berry container like the one above (found here) and serving up the carrot strawberries. The contain is perfect for spring and all the fresh berries coming into season.

What you making for Easter? Do you do a brunch or Easter dinner?

Happy Cooking!

Send the kids out in the yard to gather leafs or go on a neighborhood walk. Once you have enough leaves of various shapes, sizes and colors head back to the house to assemble. Start by making a face out of construction paper and googly eyes, glue the face on a clothespin and clasped your favorite leaves to the pin.

Introducing: Trader Joe’s Mac-N-Cheese in a mini crockpot 🧀

I’m making this for 15 toddlers so they don’t need much. I buy 3 of the frozen Mac-n-cheese boxes, partially heat them in a microwave (for 3min), dump in a mini crockpot and plug in the crockpot at school. That’s it! Like I said, quick and easy 🙌🏼
