Looking for a festive activity to do at your next playdate? We have you covered. Our St. Patrick’s Day scavenger hunt is an easy way to keep kids entertained with minimal setup and little to no mess.
I played this with my son and he loved it. He even grabbed his ‘Leprechaun Lookers‘ that we made a few days ago to help find each image.
Keep the fun going by moving the images to new spots once you finish the first round. You can make the hiding spots harder with each round you play.
What You’ll Need for the SPD Scavenger Hunt
- The Peach Playdate St. Patrick’s Day Scavenger Hunt Printable – FREE DOWNLOAD HERE!
- Printer – I have the Cannon iP8700 and love it. The color quality is great and prints quickly.
- Paper – I recommend using cardstock. It keeps the images sturdy (especially if you will be playing several rounds).
- Scissors
- Tape
How to Play
Simply download our free printable from the link above, print the game, cut out all the images found on the second page of the PDF and tape them throughout a room or even outdoors! Next, have your kids take the scavenger hunt guide and have them find all nine images. They can look together as a team or race to see who can find the most images.
(Side Note: yes, I am aware the scavenger hunt key in the picture above is different than the current one. It’s an old version I was testing out. We did this activity like two years ago. I didn’t feel like editing a whole new set of pictures okaaaaay 🙂 I’m tired.)
Anywho, I would love to hear how you liked the game! Let me know in the comments below.
Happy Hunting!
